We recommend contacting us to book your show as soon as you have a date in mind. We do not book more than one show per date, so the earlier you book the better chance you'll have securing your preferred day. We will send you the special Artisphere paper as soon as you have booked your show and we require the artwork to be sent back to us for framing at least 4 weeks before your show date. 

We recommend using anything 2D such as acrylic paint, watercolor, colored pencils, markers, oil pastels, crayons, etc. You can also have your students complete their project on a separate sheet of 9x12 paper and glue it to the Artisphere paper once complete. Glitter is not permitted as removing it from unsold frames is a lengthy process.

We like to give ourselves about 3 hours to set up in your space the day of the show. Please plan accordingly with your school to ensure the space is available early. We welcome the help of teacher or parent volunteers if the art teacher chooses to organize that.

You can purchase your child's framed original artwork right here through our website by clicking on the Shop tab in the navigation menu. You will enter your student's name, grade, and homeroom teacher in the form provided. You can purchase presale, which begins 2 weeks prior to your school's art show, or you can purchase at the event.

Yes! You can buy a framed replication of your child's artwork in case you need or want copies for other family members. When you checkout, under Special Instructions please note that you would like a Replication. If you are purchasing the original and a replication, you will select a quantity of 2. Please still list the student's name, homeroom teacher, and grade.

Yes, the original artwork will be removed from any unsold frames and returned to the art teacher, who will distribute it back to the students.
